The 24 worked examples are there to drill afterwards if you have the time, not a prerequisite.
- Will it match the specific test I have been invited to?
- The book teaches the underlying pattern families, which is what actually transfers. SHL-style inductive reasoning, Matrigma-style, Aon cut-e-style, Korn Ferry-style, McKinsey-style and Raven-style assessments all draw on the same eight reasoning families in a 3x3 grid; what differs between them is timing, item count and interface, not the logic. If your assessment is a matrix or abstract reasoning test, the tactics apply. If it is numerical or verbal reasoning, this is the wrong book and you should not buy it.
